1. Eligibility

 Voting is open to all visitors of the official Lemonade campaign page. Employees, partners, or anyone directly involved in organizing the campaign are not allowed to vote.

2. Voting Process

 Votes can be submitted through the official voting page. Each person may cast one vote for one candidate only. The use of automated systems, fake accounts, or multiple identities to manipulate results is strictly prohibited.

3. Voting Period

 The voting period is specified in the documentation of the general terms and privacy policy. Votes submitted outside this period will not be counted.

4. Verification

 The organization reserves the right to verify the authenticity of votes and disqualify any participant or candidate in case of suspected fraud or irregularities.

5. Result Determination

 Winners are determined based on the number of valid votes received during the voting period. In the event of a tie, the candidate who first reached the tied number of votes will be considered to have the advantage. The organization reserves the right to make the final decision only in cases where this cannot be determined due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond control. In all other cases, the votes will determine the winner.

6. Changes and Cancellation

 The organization may modify, suspend, or cancel the voting process at any time in the event of technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Acceptance of Rules

 By voting, each participant confirms that they have read and agreed to these Voting Rules, as well as the general terms and privacy policy available on the campaign website.
