Lemonade – House Rules

1. Admission rights – Lemonade reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor at all times and to amend these house rules whenever necessary.

2. Image & audio – By entering the festival grounds you agree to being photographed or recorded. Lemonade may publish this material without owing you (financial) compensation.

3. Security check – Visitors must consent to a security search (including bag and body search) at the entrance.

4. Minimum age 18+ – Entry is strictly for guests 18 years or older. Always carry valid photo-ID; if you cannot prove your age you will be refused entry.

5. Accessibility – The site is wheelchair accessible and adapted toilets are available. Wheelchairs and crutches are allowed; personal seating such as folding chairs is not.

6. Medication – If you need prescription medication, present it to security upon arrival. Our First-Aid team will store and dispense it for you. For exceptional medical situations, e-mail info@welemonadeit.be in advance.

7. Prohibited items

   • Outside food or drinks, cans, glass, bottles

   • Fires, flares, fireworks or other incendiaries

   • Weapons or objects that could be used as such

   • (Semi-)professional photo/video gear, selfie sticks (consumer cameras & GoPros are fine)

   • Nitrous oxide, illegal drugs or drug-dealing paraphernalia

8. Zero-tolerance on drugs & weapons – Possession leads to removal and possible hand-over to police.

9. Commercial activity – Selling goods, tickets, drinks or services without written permission from Lemonade is forbidden.

10. No re-entry – Once your ticket is scanned, leaving the grounds means your visit is finished.

11. Own risk – Attendance is at the visitor’s own risk. Lemonade is not liable for personal injury, lost or damaged possessions or any hearing impairment.

12. Crowd safety – Security staff monitor riots or aggressive behaviour. Offenders will be removed from the venue and surrounding area.

13. Copyright & website accuracy – Lemonade is not liable for direct or indirect damage caused by website inaccuracies, internet malfunctions or technical issues.

14. Tickets & tokens – All sales are final; we operate a strict no-refund policy for tickets or drink/food tokens.
